I had the pleasure of working with Mike for my first deal which was a house hack in Littleton, Colorado. Similar to other reviews, I can’t say enough positive things about Mike and his team. As a first time home buyer, there were a lot of things that I was not familiar with, processes that seemed foreign, and obstacles that we had to overcome throughout the closing negotiations. Mike had my back every step of the way. I bought a condo in Denver and plan to implement a house-hacking strategy. If you’re new to real estate investing I highly recommended using Mike and his team. Not only does he have the local market knowledge, but he’ll give you the time of day that you deserve and work within your parameters to find you a successful home.

I am a first-time homeowner/ investor, who wanted to start my investing chapter with a multi-family transaction in Denver remotely. I started seriously looking into this last fall and made a decision that I wanted to close the transaction by early 2021. As it was a tall ask (esp. given the market context), it was critical for me to find an agent who could guide me through the process seamlessly. Specifically, I wanted someone who: a) understood the market from a macro and micro (neighborhoods) perspective, b) was good and comfortable with financial analysis, c) had awesome communications, and d) was able to dedicate sufficient bandwidth to me. Mike met and exceeded all these requirements. Case in point – Mike and I had our introductory chat a week before thanksgiving. Before going for thanksgiving break, I sent the financial analysis of ~10 properties to Mike. Before the end of Thanksgiving break, I received thorough and insightful feedback on each one of those analyses, along with prioritization. Most of it (e.g., zoning law constraints), I had not considered. This was a great start and by mid-December, we had a contract on a multi-family property, which we closed by Jan end. Post-closure, Mike has been extremely helpful as well and has offered both his expertise/ counsel and resources as I move to the next stage. (of rehab) I would be working with Mike for my next transaction as well, and highly recommend him for anyone looking to invest in Denver.

Mike and I formally worked together on the sale of my current home and purchase of a new home in the Denver area.
